Naproxen is a drug used against minor
toothache,
pains, aches, fever, and as anti-inflammatory. |

It was
originally marketed as
Naprosyn and Anaprox and is the member of the class of Pain
Killers known as non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). |

In the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) approved the use of Naproxen Sodium as an
over-the-counter (OTC). This preparations are sold under the trade name
Aleve. |
